How much is the program fee?

The program fee is ... yen

How is the refund policy if I cancel to join the program?

Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the program. Refunds after that date are not available.

Is accommodation included in Program Fee?

Accommodation like apartement and airport transportation is included. Flights and local transport are not included. Meals are self-paid but we provide an add-ons.

Are optional trips included?

Weekend trips are add-ons. See program guideline for details.

Is there any Visa/Passport requirements?

Participants must have a valid passport. Visa will be processed by TalenCo.
